Welcome to Schedulenotice.com. By registering for an account, accessing, or using our platform, you ("the User", "the Business") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Schedulenotice.com provides a communication infrastructure tool designed for field service businesses to send appointment notifications, schedule updates, and review requests to their customers.

1. Compliance with Communication Laws (TCPA & CASL)

Schedulenotice.com is strictly a technology conduit. You, the User, are solely responsible for the content of your messages and the contact lists you upload.

  • Express Consent Required: You guarantee that you have obtained the legally required prior express consent from every customer before uploading their phone number or email address into our system.
  • No Cold Outreach: You agree not to use this platform to send unsolicited messages, cold sales pitches, or communications to purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
  • Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schedulenotice.com and its operators from any fines, lawsuits, or penalties arising from your violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or any other regional communication laws.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The platform is built for operational communication between technicians in the field and their existing customers.

  • You may use the platform to send schedule changes, dispatch notices, arrival times, and automated requests for service reviews.
  • You will not use the platform to transmit unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or deceptive content.
  • Schedulenotice.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if our automated systems or downstream telecom partners (e.g., Twilio, Resend) flag your account for high spam complaint rates or acceptable use violations.

3. Data Processing and Minimization

Schedulenotice.com is designed to process minimal customer data necessary for routing messages.

  • You agree to only upload basic contact information (Name, Phone Number, Email).
  • You retain full ownership of your customer data. Schedulenotice.com does not sell, share, or market to your uploaded contact lists.
  • We employ industry-standard security measures, but Schedulenotice.com cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized breaches.

4. Billing, Limits, and Overages

  • All subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Your account is subject to strict monthly sending limits based on your tier. Unused email limits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • Schedulenotice.com is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to downstream carrier filtering, invalid phone numbers, or recipient opt-outs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedulenotice.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous one (1) month of service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
